• If you are an employer, details about your internship and/or job posting, like the name of the company, the URL, the details of the position, the skills required, etc., are posted online and available to everyone using the internship house website and app. In addition, this data can show up on search engines like Google. Additionally, students who apply to your internships, or jobs, or get employed by you through The internship house may receive access to your personal information, including contact details.
• If you are a candidate, we can provide your personal information to employers whom you apply to for internships or employment, whose internships and/or positions we think would be beneficial for you, or who could find your profile by searching through our user base.
• Information about you might be disclosed to independent contractors, businesses, and other service providers who work with us or on our behalf. For instance, we could request you to give your information to a sponsor who provides a training course you may have freely enrolled in.
• You could also be able to use social media to share your internship house.in information and activities. You should read the policies of third-party social networks before deciding to share information with them since we have no control over the information shared with them.
• Your personal information will be available to everyone on the public internet if you submit it in any public areas of the internship house, such as online forums, chat rooms, comments sections, etc. Others over whom the internship house has no control may gather and use it. Editing information

If you are a student, go to your resume section and change your profile and personal data. Some data cannot be altered, including applications you may have created. If you are an employer, go to the profile (personal details and organization details) section to modify the information about you and your company. Updating certain data is not possible, including internships you may publish and applications you may have processed.

Communication policy

• For opt-in

  Internshiphouse has a double opt-in policy in place. This means that for a user to receive our weekly newsletter, student/employer digests, and/or any other marketing communication from us using email, they must first verify their email address by clicking on a verification link that we will send to them using email. You won't receive our newsletter or any other marketing materials until the email is validated.

• For opt-out

  Marketing/Digests/Newsletter: There is an 'Unsubscribe' option in each newsletter and promotional email correspondence from Internshiphouse. You can use this link to cease receiving future newsletters and promotional emails from us. Processing of your cancellation request could take up to 7 days. Transactional: This is necessary for the seamless running of our service, so we must send users transactional communications.
